Dear UPS Employees FCU Members,

We're committed to making your banking experience simpler and more convenient! Starting June 28, with full effect on July 2, we'll be implementing a major tech upgrade.

Please note that we will be closed from June 28 - July 1 to facilitate the upgrade. Limited operations will resume on July 2 with adjusted hours of 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Here's what you can look forward to after the upgrade: 

  • Zelle®: Send and receive money securely with friends and family in minutes!

  • One Powerful Virtual Branch Next: Manage everything in one place! Access e-Statements, transfer funds, apply for loans online, monitor credit with Credit Sense, and more.

  • Remote Banking Features: You can easily deposit checks through the Mobile App and utilize remote signatures for a smoother loan application process.

  • ACH Transfers In & Out: Manage your money with ease using Virtual Branch Premium Forms.

We are making the transition easy with live chat support. From May 28 - August 29, it will be available on our website to answer any questions you may have before, during, and after the upgrade.

This upgrade will revolutionize the way you manage your money. We know change can be inconvenient, but the benefits are significant! We'll send more information in the coming weeks with further details and post-upgrade instructions.

Online Banking Enrollment Instructions

Follow these simple steps to sign up for Online Banking:

  1. Gather Your Information

    You will need your Member Number and PIN. (If you already have enrolled, you'll have an audio record. Your audio PIN is set to the last 4 digits of your SSN)

  2. Start Your Enrollment

    Go to the VB Next Online Banking enrollment page and Enter your Member Number and PIN.

  3. Create Your Login Details

    Login ID: Choose a Login ID that is different from your Member Number.

    Security Code: Create a Security Code with at least one special character, one uppercase letter, and a mix of letters and numbers.

  4. Log In

    Click on the “Login” link and use your new Login ID and Security Code.

  5. First-Time Login Steps

    • Enter your email address and mobile number if they are not already on record.

    • Set up your Enhanced Authentication challenge questions and answers.

    • Accept the online banking terms and conditions.
